How to get started and what levels of membership can you choose from.
Everyone starts with 30 day free trail General membership & 30 day free trail Office Hours membership.
Everyone has 1 on 1 coach to create a 12 month plan.
Before the end of the 30 day's free trail general membership and free trail office hours membership everyone needs to choose how to proceed or quit. Levels VIP, Platinum and Titanium are only available for Certified Master DC's.
Pricing of the membership levels. We have level 1-10.
1. Trail membership - € 0,- free for maximum 30 day's. This is a trail membership of General as well as Office Hours. Participation only if semi-regional exclusivity if region is available.
2. Partner membership - € 0,- free after 30 day free trail of General membership and Office Hours membership, (no access to curriculum, no coaching and no community). 3% fixed affiliate commission. No possibility in growth of affiliate commission.
3. Essential membership (= partner membership plus extra) - Quarterly pay of € 36,- excluding Dutch VAT. Access to curriculum. 3% fixed affiliate commission. No group coaching via Dutch head office. No possibility in growth of affiliate commission. Ability to upgrade if semi-regional-exclusivity is available.
4. Affiliate membership (= essential membership plus extra) - Monthly pay of € 69,- excluding Dutch VAT. Access to curriculum. No group coaching via Dutch head office. Protection of growth affiliate commission. Ability to upgrade if semi-regional-exclusivity is available.
5. General membership. (= affiliate membership plus extra) Monthly pay of € 97,- excluding Dutch VAT. Ability to ask questions via ticket system and get either 1 on 1 answer, or answer via bi-weekly (audio)-information session. Ability to join start-up training every odd week of the month.
6. Office Hours membership (= add on to affiliate membership or general membership plus extra) Monthly pay of € 97,- excluding Dutch VAT. Ability to ask questions on protege and apprentice level via live Q&A every even week of the month).

SLA 0: Communication via Dutch head office by ticket only. Response after 7 days is the intention.
SLA 1: Communication via Dutch head office by ticket only. Response within 7 days is the intention.
SLA 2: Communication via Dutch head office both via ticket and by phone appointment, to be scheduled with customer service via online calendar. Response within 6 days is the intention.
SLA 3: Communication via Dutch head office both via ticket and by phone appointment, to be scheduled with customer service via online calendar. Response within 5 days is the intention.
SLA 4: Communication via Dutch head office both via ticket and by phone appointment, to be scheduled with customer service via online calendar. Response within 4 days is the intention.
SLA 5: Communication via Dutch head office both via ticket and by phone appointment, to be scheduled with customer service via online calendar. Response within 3 days is the intention.
SLA 6: Communication via Dutch head office both via ticket and by phone appointment, to be scheduled with customer service via online calendar. Response within 2 days is the intention.
SLA 7: Communication via Dutch head office both via ticket and by phone appointment, to be scheduled with customer service via online calendar. Response within 1 day is the intention.
SLA 0: For members of level trail (01) and partner (02) .
SLA 1: For members of level essential (03) and affiliate (04).
SLA 2: For members of level General (05) and Office Hours (06).
SLA 3: For members of level Peak Performers (07).
SLA 4: For members of level VIP (08).
SLA 5: For members of level Platinum (09).
SLA 6: For members of level Titanium (10).
SLA 7: For private clients of Tom Koster as well as members in 3-man and 4-man intensive cycle with Tom Koster. Both via ticket and by phone appointment within 1 day response.
